StrapHaus sells compatible aftermarket bands designed for Whoop and Fitbit fitness trackers. Our products are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Whoop Inc. or Fitbit/Google. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Warranty & Liability

We guarantee that all products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
