Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return Conditions

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The goods must be:

In their original condition — unused and unworn
In original packaging with all tags and accessories
Free from any damage, stains or signs of use

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
